Cancellation & refund policy
- • Cancel at least 24h before your booking for a full refund (online payments).
- • Cancel between 12h and 24h before for a 50% refund.
- • Cancelling with less than 12h notice is non-refundable.
- • Approved refunds are typically sent within a few business days.
- • Pay-at-facility bookings (cash or GCash QR) require no deposit — cancel any time with no charge.
- • No-shows are recorded as a strike. 3 strikes will disable pay-at-facility bookings for your account.
